Shipping policy

With our partners Mondial Relay, Colissimo and Delivengo, we can deliver your parcels under the following conditions:

Mondial Relay: We select the collection point closest to the CUSTOMER's postal address.

Colissimo: Products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER during the order process.

Delivengo: Products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER during the order process.

Shipping costs

Dispatch times

The time required to prepare an order and issue an invoice, prior to dispatch of PRODUCTS in stock, is 1 day.

Delivery times are between 2 and 4 working days. These times do not include weekends.

An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are dispatched, provided that the e-mail address entered in the registration form is correct.

Methods of DELIVERY

The parcel will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of proof of identity.

In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to pick up the parcel at the post office.

Relais Colis:

We deliver in 2 to 4 days
We select the nearest collection point to your postal address
You will receive an SMS and/or email as soon as your parcel is ready for collection
You have 5 days to collect your parcel, after which time your parcel will be returned to us
On-site Click & Collect

You can choose to collect your order free of charge at the following two Click & Collect points.

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for collection (please wait until you receive this email before coming).
We will ask you to show us your order confirmation email to collect it.
